Abstract

|
Symptomatic thoracic disc herniation (t-HNP) is less common than cervical or lumbar disc herniations. Several strategies have been developed for resection of t-HNP without manipulating the spinal cord. We describe a case of thoracic disc herniation successfully treated by using a 3-D navigation guided oblique paraspinal approach.
